Returns
At Campus Galleries, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- The item is defective
- The incorrect item was received
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Clear photos or videos of the issue must be submitted
Refunds
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved:
- A refund or replacement will be issued
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- For approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Local Deliveries (Auckland Park)
For orders delivered within Auckland Park:
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Faster resolution may be provided for local orders, including possible replacements
