Refund policy

Returns

At Campus Galleries, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival
  • The item is defective
  • The incorrect item was received

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be submitted

Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved:

  • A refund or replacement will be issued
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Local Deliveries (Auckland Park)

For orders delivered within Auckland Park:

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Faster resolution may be provided for local orders, including possible replacements
