What we do
- We photograph each room and list it with its rent, room type, walk to campus and NSFAS status.
- Students book viewings online at the hours you choose. We confirm each one on WhatsApp.
- Your name, number and address are never shown on the site.
- We share student profiles that match your rooms, with the student's consent.
- You do your own checks, sign your own lease, and collect rent directly.
You pay when a room is filled
There's no listing fee. We agree our placement fee with you before we list anything.
